New Life Bible Chapel Soccer Clinic 2018
It’s that time of the year for soccer! We are organizing a Kids Soccer Clinic in the field next to our church.
Your child will be taught soccer skills by qualified coaches, followed by a game. We will also have a time for songs, stories and the Bible each day.
Parents are invited to watch and encourage their kids during the program and join us for a barbecue after the game on Saturday.
Sunday, July 29, 2018 is our celebration Sunday for all those who have participated. The kids will receive a soccer tee, a soccer ball and a certificate for participating in the clinic. So save this day!

Where do I drop off/pick-up my child?
Children should be dropped off at the registration table inside the Meadowvale West Church Center building at 5:00 pm on Thursday and Friday! A volunteer will be there to welcome your child and explain the pick-up policy. A parent/guardian must sign-in and list the name of the person who will be picking up the child. The parent/guardian will also have to sign a liability and photography waiver form.
Children can be picked up on the soccer field, which is at the side of the church building.
Will my child be safe?
Yes. Children will be supervised at all times by volunteers, especially time spent in the hallways or washrooms. New Life Bible Chapel works with the Meadowvale West Church Center to provide a safe environment for everyone. In addition, New Life volunteers abide by the Child Abuse Prevention Policy, and are required to complete a background check and vulnerable sector check by the Peel Regional Police before serving at the Kids Soccer Clinic.
Can I watch my child during the program?
Yes. Parents and family are welcome to stay and watch their children, or leave and return to pick them up at 8pm. We would love for you to be a part of the workshop, but we ask that you do not interrupt your child when they are learning or playing with their new found friends. You are free to encourage them though and help them if they need help with the drills.
Will someone take photos of my child?
Yes, New Life Bible Chapel will be taking pictures and videos, which will be presented to the children on Sunday, July 29th at the awards ceremony.
Will there be food for my child?
Yes! On Thursday and Friday, snacks and drinks are provided for the children. On Saturday, all parents and family members are invited for a BBQ lunch starting at 11am.
My child has allergies or dietary restrictions. What kind of food will be provided?
Please list all allergies/dietary restrictions in the registration form. All restrictions will be taken into account, and volunteers will be notified of any special needs. There will be halal options as requested. In addition, the soccer clinic and the Meadowvale West Church Centre are nut-free environments.
How do I pay?
The fee will be collected when you drop off your child at the registration. Cash only.
